Measure & specify
We record rider height, inseam, reach, and the cargo you carry most often. Seat height, step-over, handlebar position, and cargo volume are fixed from those numbers. You leave the session with a written specification.
Stage 01Custom electric cargo bikes, designed and assembled in Copenhagen for the way you actually carry people, work, and everyday things.
Designed, welded, assembled, and tested by the same small workshop team.
Every build starts with your height, reach, cargo, passengers, and daily route.
A local workshop, spare parts, and a service relationship that continues after handover.

From first measurement
01 / Use
The build starts with what moves with you — passengers, tools, deliveries, or the weekly shop.
02 / Fit
Your measurements set the geometry. The frame is built to those numbers, not to a size chart.
03 / Finish
Colour, rack, seating, lighting, and drivetrain are specified with you before we cut a tube.

Stage 01Weld & align
Tubes are cut, mitred, and TIG-welded in a frame jig in Nørrebro. Alignment is checked cold, then checked again after welding. Every frame is measured before paint and the numbers are recorded against your specification.
Stage 02Assemble & tune
Wheels are built and tensioned, the motor and battery are paired and tested, and the cargo modules you specified are fitted. Brakes, shifting, and lighting are set to workshop tolerances before the bike leaves the stand.
Stage 03Hand over & service
At handover we set the bike up on your body, load your actual cargo, and walk through charging and care. Service bookings, spare parts, and adjustments continue with the same workshop after you ride away.
Stage 0405–08 WEEKS
Typical build time from approved specification to handover.
2-YEAR WORKSHOP WARRANTY
Frame and build covered by the people who built it.
