How long does a build take?
It depends on the specification and our current workshop schedule. We’ll give you a clear timeline when we discuss your build, before you commit.
Can I choose electric assistance?
Yes. You can start with pedal power or choose electric assistance. We’ll help you decide what makes sense for your routes and the loads you carry.
Can I talk through the details before ordering?
Absolutely. That’s how every Lumen starts. Tell us what you need and we’ll discuss the bike, available options and final pricing with you.
What happens when my bike needs a service?
We design with maintenance in mind and can talk you through care and servicing options when we discuss your build.
