Copenhagen winters are brutal on aluminium and carbon. Steel can be bent back, re-welded, re-painted. Ours is double-butted, rust-proofed inside with wax, and built for salt, snow and kerbs.
- Reynolds 520 — hand-mitered and TIG welded in one jig, one builder, one signature under the bottom bracket.
- Rust-proofed for the North Sea — ED coated, powder coated, and wax-injected. Tested with 1,000h salt spray.

We don’t hold stock. Every frame is cut and welded after you confirm your spec. You choose model, colour, battery, child seats and accessories. We confirm geometry for your height. Lead time is 6–8 weeks; you get photos each week.
Yes. Book a 45-minute test ride on Refshaleøen — we load the box with sandbags and kids’ dummies so you feel real weight. Or join our Saturday open workshop (10–14). No pressure, no deposit to try.
Every Lumen includes a 30-day tune-up, yearly service for 3 years at cost, and an ABUS frame lock + GPS prep. We partner with Nextbike mechanics — mobile service in Greater Copenhagen, or ship us the bike. Frame warranty is 10 years, transferable.
Denmark €149 flat, EU €290. We can deliver assembled by van or you collect and we fit you on site. Financing from €89/month via Santander Consumer Bank — we’ll run the numbers with you, no hidden fees.
