Eight to eleven weeks depending on drivetrain and paint — the build sheet above calculates your window live. A €250 deposit holds your slot; we never overbook the jigs, which is why there's a queue at all.

Frame and welds: ten years, transferable if you sell the bike. Components: manufacturer terms, but we handle the paperwork for you. Your first service at three months is free, and labour on warranty work is always free — even in year nine.

Fully, until the day your tubes are cut. After that it converts to materials. Life changes; we'd rather refund you than build a bike nobody wants.

That's the whole point. Sealed bearings, belt drives that shrug off salt, dynamo lights that don't care about batteries, and optional studded winter tyres. E-assist batteries are IP65-rated and live indoors overnight.

Five-point harness mounts, bench with headrests, a parking brake that holds on a slope, and geometry tested loaded to twice the rated weight. E-assisted builds are certified to EN 15194 / EPAC. We'll happily show you the test rig.

Both. 12–24 month instalments through our partner bank, and we'll put your old bike — any brand — toward the build after a ten-minute look-over. Several cargo bikes have started life here as a trade-in city bike.
