**TL;DR:** You don’t *have* to do anything, but if you do nothing by **28 Nov 2026**, you’ll be auto-moved to the **Standard Variable tariff** (34.1p/kWh), which is more expensive than your current 24.6p/kWh. If you want to stay on a fixed tariff, choose **Fixed Saver 27** in your online account/app before **28 Nov 2026**. The Terms & Conditions also update from 1 Jan 2027.
