**TL;DR:** Your current fixed tariff ends **31 December 2026**. If you do nothing by **28 November 2026**, you’ll be moved to a pricier variable tariff (34.1p/kWh vs your current 24.6p/kWh, plus a daily standing charge).

**Do you need to do anything?**  
Only if you want to stay on a fixed price. Log into your online account or app and select **Fixed Saver 27** before 28 November 2026. If you’re okay with variable pricing, you don’t need to do anything.

Also: their Terms and Conditions change on 1 January 2027, but no action is needed for that.
