This is **almost certainly a phishing scam**. The link’s real domain is **`com-redelivery.eu`**, not DHL’s official **`dhl.com`**; putting “dhl.com” in front of another domain doesn’t make it a DHL site. The urgent deadline and small customs fee are common scam tactics.

Don’t click the link or enter payment details. If you’re expecting a parcel, check its status through the official DHL app or by typing **dhl.com** into your browser and entering your tracking number. You can also report and delete the message.

If you already entered card details, contact your bank promptly to block or replace the card and check for unauthorized charges.
