Patchbay is a small workshop tucked away in the heart of Rotterdam, where three friends have been breathing new life into vintage synthesizers since 2018. Each of us brings a different background to the bench: one spent years restoring Moog and ARP instruments in a London studio, another cut his teeth on modular systems in Berlin's electronic music scene, and the third holds a degree in electrical engineering focused on analog circuit design. Together we've repaired everything from sun-faded Korgs to temperamental Oberheims, always with the same goal in mind: returning each instrument to the hands of the musicians who need it, rather than letting it collect dust on a shelf. We believe every synthesizer has a voice worth preserving, and that the warmth of analog sound is more than voltage — it's memory, texture, and story. At Patchbay, we don't just fix machines; we keep the music alive.
