make a chore chart for my kids, Ava (7) and Leo (10). 2 chores each a day, mon to fri. something i can print and put on the fridge
Here's a printable chore chart. I've given it a clean, kid-friendly layout with checkboxes, and assigned age-appropriate sample chores — feel free to swap any in.
How to print it
Copy the code below into a text file, save it as chore-chart.html, and open it in your browser → File → Print (or Ctrl+P / Cmd+P). Tip: set margins to "Narrow" and print in landscape for the best fridge fit.

Tips
- Landscape often fits both kids side-by-side best; portrait works too.
- The boxes are drawn squares you can literally tick with a dry-erase marker (laminate it for reuse!) or check off with a pen.
- "Mow / tidy yard" for Leo — swap for something age-appropriate if he's not using a mower yet (e.g., "Clean TV room").
- Want a different theme (superhero, stars, dinosaurs)? Tell me and I'll recolor/regenerate it. 🎨
The catch: 2 kids × 2 chores × 5 days is 20 chores, and they have to fit on one page for the fridge.
