TLDR: Yes — if you don't want your bill to go up.

You're on 24.6p/kWh. If you do nothing by 28 Nov 2026, you'll be auto-moved on 1 Jan 2027 to their Standard Variable tariff at 34.1p/kWh [~39% more expensive] — ignore the "nothing else you need to do" line.

To avoid it:

1. Log into your Fennick online account / app before 28 Nov 2026
2. Choose a new tariff — they suggest Fixed Saver 27 if you want to stay fixed. Check the price there before you pick.

They've also updated Terms & Conditions from 1 Jan 2027 but that's not urgent.

Want help checking if Fixed Saver 27 is actually a good deal?

No, that's a scam — delete it. Do NOT click the link or pay.

This is a very common fake DHL text. Here’s how you can tell:

1. The website is fake Real DHL is dhl.com or dhl.de, etc. Yours is dhl.com-redelivery.eu — that's not DHL. Scammers add dhl.com- to the front to trick you. The https:// does NOT mean it's safe.

2. The urgency + small fee "Pay within 24 hours or it will be returned" + "1.99 EUR" is classic bait. It's a small amount so you pay without thinking, and the pressure stops you from checking.

3. DHL doesn't do it like this DHL will not hold a parcel hostage over text and demand you pay via a random link. If there really was a customs fee, you'd get a paper slip, an email from your actual tracking number, or a notice in the official DHL app — not a threat by SMS.

Even if you ARE expecting a parcel, this text is still fake. Scammers can fake the sender name to show as "DHL".

What to do now

1. Don't click, don't reply, don't call any number in the text
2. Delete and block the number
3. Report it: Forward the text to 7726 (SPAM - works on most carriers in the US/UK/EU) and to DHL at phishing-dpdhl@dhl.com
4. If you want to check a real parcel, go directly to dhl.com or the official DHL app and enter your tracking number manually. Never use a link from a text.

Did you already click or pay?

Do this right away:

1. If you entered card/bank details, call your bank to block/cancel the card and watch for charges
2. If you entered a password you use elsewhere, change it immediately
3. Run a security scan on your phone if you downloaded anything

Want to double-check? Copy your real tracking number from the shop you bought from and paste it directly into the official DHL tracking page — not from the text link.

You did the right thing asking before paying.

I don't have verified information about the ending or twist of Nineteen Quiet Rooms by Ottilie Marsh in my knowledge base, and I don't want to guess or make up plot details for your book club.

That could mean it's a very recent release, a self-published or small-press title, a regional edition, or a title that hasn't gotten wide published summaries and reviews yet that I can confidently verify.

I know it's not ideal timing with your club tomorrow, but making up a twist would likely backfire if other members have read it — here are some options that can still help you participate honestly:

1. If you can share where you left off: Tell me the last chapter, scene, or characters you remember, and I can help you review the themes, character arcs, and questions to discuss up to that point — without spoiling ahead — so you can follow the conversation.

2. Quick, honest ways to catch up:

• Skim chapter beginnings/endings and any discussion guide at the back of the book if it has one
• Check your library's ebook/audiobook app — the audiobook at 1.5-2x speed can help you cover a lot tonight
• Look for an official publisher description or author interview rather than AI-generated summaries, which often hallucinate endings

3. What still works great in a book club if you didn't finish: You can contribute a lot without claiming you finished. People usually appreciate honesty like:

"I got about [2/3] through and I'm curious how others interpreted [character/choice]. What did you all think about the shift after [event you did read]?"

Good go-to discussion questions for almost any novel:

• Which character changed the most for you, and why?
• Was there a decision that divided your opinion?
• What do you think the title refers to after reading that far?
• What are you hoping the ending resolves?

If you can tell me the publication year, publisher, or a bit about the plot where you stopped, I can help you build a quick refresher for what you've read and prep thoughtful talking points for tomorrow.

Perfect ingredients for a 20 minute no-oven dinner - stale bread is actually better for this.

For 2 people I'm going to suggest Crispy Parmesan Eggy Bread with Sweet Buttery Leeks. Think savory French toast + grilled cheese. Custardy inside, crispy outside.

Assumes you have salt, pepper, and a large non-stick pan with a lid. Milk/water is a bonus but not essential.

Quick veggie note: 4 eggs + dairy is fine for most vegetarians (ovo-vegetarian). Strict vegetarians sometimes skip parmesan because traditional Parmesan uses animal rennet - if that's the case, just use less and call it "hard cheese" or skip it, it'll still be great.

What you'll use

• 1/2 leek, white + light green part only
• 4 eggs
• ~200g stale bread, about 4 thick slices (2cm / 3/4 inch). Any bread works.
• ~30-40g parmesan, grated
• ~30g butter (about 2-3 tbsp)
• Salt, lots of pepper, 3 tbsp water or milk if you have it

20-min plan

1. Prep (3 min):

1. Halve the leek lengthwise, slice into thin half-moons. Rinse really well in a colander - leeks hide dirt.
2. Grate parmesan.
3. Cut bread into thick slices. If it's rock-hard/crumbly, cut into 2cm cubes instead.
4. In a bowl, beat 4 eggs with most of the parmesan, a small pinch of salt (parmesan is salty), lots of pepper, and 2-3 tbsp water/milk if you have it.

2. Cook the leeks (6 min):

1. Melt 1 tbsp butter in your pan over medium heat.
2. Add leeks, pinch of salt, and 2 tbsp water. Cover with lid for 3 min - this steams them soft without burning.
3. Uncover, cook 2-3 min more until sweet and just golden. Scoop onto a plate.

3. Make the eggy bread (8-10 min): Pick your method based on your bread:

A) If your bread slices are still intact (best for dinner):

1. Add another 1-2 tbsp butter to the same pan.
2. Dip a slice in the egg mix for 20-30 seconds per side. Stale bread needs a bit longer to soak.
3. Fry 2-3 min per side on medium until deep golden and the egg is set. Don't rush on high heat or butter will burn.
4. Repeat for all slices. Add a little more butter between batches if needed.
5. Top each toast with the buttery leeks and remaining parmesan.

B) If your bread is super hard/crumbly (easiest one-pan):

1. Toss the bread cubes into the egg mix and let soak 1-2 min. Fold in half the cooked leeks.
2. Melt 1-2 tbsp butter in pan over medium-low. Pour everything in and spread flat like a big pancake.
3. Cover with lid, cook 5-6 min until bottom is golden and top is just set.
4. Cut in half, flip each half carefully, cook 2 min uncovered to crisp. Top with remaining leeks + parmesan.

Serve right away while the edge is crispy and the center is custardy.

Tips:

• Don't over-salt the eggs before tasting.
• Low-medium heat is key. Butter should foam, not brown instantly.
• If you have mustard, hot sauce, or any herbs, add a dab to the egg mix or on top.

That's it - soft, savory leeks + salty parmesan + crispy custardy toast. Let me know how crumbly your bread is and I can tailor the steps.

Here's a solid under-a-minute one with no cringe. Just swap in the names:

Main option - warm & simple [~45 seconds]:

For those who don't know me, I'm [Your Name], [Sister's Name]'s [brother/sister].

I've always known [Sister's Name] as someone who goes all-in on what she loves - whether that's a tough climb or the people in her life.

So it makes perfect sense she met Elliot at the climbing gym. He keeps up with her, challenges her, and makes her laugh while doing it.

Watching them together, it's clear they're a great team on and off the wall.

To [Sister's Name] and Elliot - wishing you a lifetime of adventure, laughter and looking out for each other. Cheers!

---

Two other vibes depending what you want:

2. A bit lighter / funny:

Hi everyone, I'm [Your Name], [Sister's Name]'s [brother/sister]. For anyone who's been to the climbing gym with [Sister's Name], you'll know she doesn't do anything halfway. So when she wouldn't stop talking about a guy called Elliot from climbing, we knew it was serious. Elliot, thanks for matching her energy and for making her so happy - you two just work. Welcome to the family. To [Sister's Name] and Elliot!

3. If you're nervous and want 30 seconds max:

I'm [Your Name], [Sister's Name]'s [brother/sister]. It's been so lovely watching [Sister's Name] and Elliot together since they met at the climbing gym. They're kind, fun, and make a brilliant team. Elliot - welcome to the family. To [Sister's Name] and Elliot!

Tip: Say it slowly and pause before the final "To..." - it'll land better and still be well under a minute.

Want me to tailor it with your sister's name and if you're her brother/sister?

Here is the translation of the menu from Trattoria del Gufo - Firenze dal 1962:

Cover charge €3,00 per person 8,00 = €8.00 - in Italy a comma is used as a decimal point * frozen product

ANTIPASTI - Appetizers

• Crostini di fegatini - 8,00 - Chicken liver crostini
• Fiori di zucca fritti* - 9,00 - Fried zucchini blossoms
• Tagliere di salumi e pecorino - 14,00 - Board of cured meats and pecorino cheese

PRIMI - First Courses

• Pappa al pomodoro - 10,00 - Tuscan tomato and bread soup
• Pici all'aglione - 12,00 - Thick hand-rolled pasta in garlic-tomato sauce
• Ribollita - 10,00 - Tuscan "re-boiled" vegetable, bean and bread soup

SECONDI - Main Courses

• Bistecca alla fiorentina (min. 1,2 kg) - 5,50 all'etto - Florentine T-bone steak - €5.50 per 100g
• Trippa alla fiorentina - 14,00 - Florentine-style tripe
• Peposo dell'Impruneta - 16,00 - Slow-cooked peppery beef stew from Impruneta

CONTORNI - Side Dishes

• Peperoni arrosto - 6,00 - Roasted peppers
• Fagioli all'uccelletto - 6,00 - White beans in tomato and sage
• Patate fritte* - 5,00 - French fries

DOLCI - Desserts

• Cantucci e Vin Santo - 8,00 - Almond biscotti with sweet Vin Santo wine
• Tiramisù - 7,00

* prodotto surgelato = * frozen product Servizio 12% non incluso = 12% service/tip not included in the prices

For 2 people sharing the steak:

The Bistecca alla fiorentina is made to be shared. It's one huge T-bone on the bone, served very rare, and you are charged by weight.

• 5,50 all'etto = €5.50 per 100g = €55.00 per kg
• Minimum size is 1.2 kg

So the minimum price for the meat is: 12 etti x €5.50 = €66.00

Plus the mandatory cover charge: €3.00 x 2 people = €6.00

Total minimum before sides/drinks/tip: €72.00 for the 2 of you.

The final weight will be on the bill - if the steak they bring is e.g. 1.3kg it will be €71.50 + €6.00 = €77.50, if it's 1.5kg it will be €82.50 + €6.00 = €88.50, etc.

With the 12% service noted at the bottom, budget about €80-€82 for a 1.2kg steak for two if you add service/tip.

Here’s a fridge-ready chart you can print right now — just screenshot/copy this or hit Ctrl + P to print this page!

Tip: Laminate it or slip it in a clear sheet protector and use a dry-erase marker so you can reuse it each week.

Here's a super simple way to explain it to her — and a drawing you can do together!

The big secret is: We have seasons because the Earth is tilted, not because we're closer to the Sun.

Think of Earth like a spinning top that is always leaning a little bit to one side as it walks in a big circle around the Sun.

Here is what it looks like:

                    THE SUN ☀️
                       |
                       |
                       |
   WINTER ❄️  <---  🌍  |  🌍  ---> SUMMER ☀️
   (Leaning AWAY) \ | / (Leaning TOWARD)
                     \|/
                      | <- Earth's tilt
                      |
Your house gets | Your house gets
less sun, | LOTS of sun,
   so it's cold! | so it's hot!

                       |
   SUMMER ☀️ --->  🌍  |  🌍  <--- WINTER ❄️
                     /|\
                    / | \

Let me explain that drawing:

1. In SUMMER: Your part of the world (let's say the top half) is leaning TOWARD the Sun. The sun's light hits you straight on, like a flashlight shining right overhead. That makes it hot and the days are long!

2. In WINTER: Half a year later, Earth is on the other side of the Sun. Now your part is leaning AWAY from the Sun. The same flashlight is hitting you at a slant, spread out and weak. That makes it cold and the days are short!

And it takes Earth a whole year - 365 days - to go around the Sun once and get all four seasons.

A fun 30-second experiment to show it:

1. Grab a flashlight and a ball.
2. Shine the flashlight straight at the ball - see the bright, small circle? That's Summer.
3. Now tilt the ball a little and shine at the same spot - the light stretches and gets dimmer. That's Winter!

Cool fact: When it's Summer where you are, it's Winter on the opposite side of the world! In Australia, kids have Christmas at the beach.
